OUR AIM & OBJECTIVES

(1) To regulate relationship between the employer and employee (s) including any employer's organisation to promote the interests of the members.

(2) To establish workers confidence and maximise the sustainability of jobs through concretizing workers of their rights and propagate compliance by the employer to achieve the expected deliverable.

(3) To promote, support or oppose any proposed legislation or other measures affecting the interest of members.

(4) To come up with a turnaround strategy to harmonises and improve employee, employer relationship.

(5) To provide legal assistance to members in connection with their dependents.

(6) To engage in lawful activities

(7) To encourage the settlement of disputes between members, employers and employers organisation by Commission for conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration.

(8) To oppose ill practice and behavioral disorders that rooted and bug grafted their tendencies in work places, such as woman abuse, oppression, tribalism, regionalism, unfair discrimination and maximise compliance that will be seen promoting the implementation and adherence to the LRA.

(9) Immediate intervention to solve disputes when arises.

(10) To affiliate with and participate in the affairs of any International Workers Organisation or international Labour Organisation

SCOPE OF THE UNION.

The trade union shall be a body operates anywhere in South Africa in the following listed sectors:

(1) Security – shall include: (a) Security officers and private officers who guarding and transporting goods

(2) Farms (a) Agriculture – shall include planting, plantation, and growing of food or ingredients for food processing. (b) The growing, harvesting, processing, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution (c) Picking of eggs for distribution and for sale (d) The hatching of eggs for rearing, distribution and slaughtering of poultry and preservation of poultry meat for distribution and for sale. (e) The marketing, brokerage, selling, buying of livestock, poultry, grain and related commodities (f) Receiving, offloading, handling, storage, dispatching, distribution of gain and related commodities (g) The cultivation, multiplication, hybridizing, purifying, processing and distribution of seed and seedlings. (h) The slaughtering of livestock, the preparations, preservation and distribution of meat, sausage, bacon, polonies meat canning, raw skins and hides (i) Production activities such as a broilers, abettors, animal feedlots, graining milling, poultry and livestock (j) The retail of agricultural inputs, agricultural equipment, consumer goods and support to consumers and farmer

(3) Funeral – shall include funeral parlours, burial society’s markers, burial agent, and tombstones manufactures

(4) Wholesale and retails – shall include warehouses, retail store, consumer goods, and support.
