OUR AIM & OBJECTIVES
(1) To regulate relationship between the employer and employee (s) including any employer's organisation to promote the interests of the members.
(2) To establish workers confidence and maximise the sustainability of jobs through concretizing workers of their rights and propagate compliance by the employer to achieve the expected deliverable.
(3) To promote, support or oppose any proposed legislation or other measures affecting the interest of members.
(4) To come up with a turnaround strategy to harmonises and improve employee, employer relationship.
(5) To provide legal assistance to members in connection with their dependents.
(6) To engage in lawful activities
(7) To encourage the settlement of disputes between members, employers and employers organisation by Commission for conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration.
(8) To oppose ill practice and behavioral disorders that rooted and bug grafted their tendencies in work places, such as woman abuse, oppression, tribalism, regionalism, unfair discrimination and maximise compliance that will be seen promoting the implementation and adherence to the LRA.
(9) Immediate intervention to solve disputes when arises.
(10) To affiliate with and participate in the affairs of any International Workers Organisation or international Labour Organisation
